PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 the Changing of the Guard ceremony is not currently be taking place at Buckingham Palace or Windsor Castle.

Guardsmen are still mounting 'The Queen's Guard', but at the end of their tour of duty the hand over to the New Guard takes place without music or ceremony.

We are very aware of the disappointment this will no doubt cause and the Household Division intend to resume the Changing of the Guard with all its pomp and pageantry as soon as is safe to do so.
