In conjuction with Penang’s Georgetown Festival, certain old walls within our dear capital has gained a new lease of life, thanks to the awesome efforts of Lithuanian artist, Ernest Zacharevic, Penang Street Art artist.
Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic is leaving his mark with beautiful wall painting of children all across historical Georgetown. The artworks are funny, fascinating, and very much open to everyone’s interpretations.

[…] The previous day, on our way to a convenience store we saw a few photographer taking some photos of this some kind of a wire art along Love Lane. We asked them of why are they taking photos of it. They told us that there are various street arts around the city and gave us a copy of the map where we could find them, it was given to them by their guesthouse, Cocoa Mews. They challenged us to do the street arts hunting as well. So the next day, after walking around George Town and having our fill for lunch, we went and did the hunting challenge. Mural Art di penang berada di jalan Armenian street. Daerah tersebut berada di tengah ibukota penang yaitu George Town. Untuk menjangkaunya tidaklah terlalu sulit. Kita bisa menggunakan Uber, taxi atau public transport. Saya pribadi menggunakan aplikasi Uber karena selain bisa menjangkau satu pulau penang, harga yang cukup reasonable, dan waktu tunggu mobil yang tidak terlalu lama. Saya awalnya berencana menggunakan public transport, tapi setelah saya amati, jumlah busnya tidak terlalu banyak sehingga saya yakin untuk menunggu bus memerlukan waktu yang lama. Jadi Uber is so recommended.
