I have tried to get my full refund back from Legoland and the only thing the workers tell me to do is email. I have never experienced this from Disney and knowing that u cannot talk to someone I know my family and I will never return to Legoland because they do not try to help individuals even if there is something major like this that happens.

It’s aimed t kids up to 12 Macy. I’d take my 13 year old and he’d still have a fun day, but not if it was a big deal and a lot of money to us.
