Of course we are all kids at heart, but seriously, this was a great day. I have a feel for this period in history, and one of my sons works on boats, so I suppose that helped, but we all thought it was excellent. As was the Maritime Museum down the road. I went to see the Ansel Adams exhibition there the previous year. I loved Greenwich in general. I know it’s full of tourists – but where isn’t?

It is Thursday, but I’m not 100% sure that it’s always in Greenwich, I think it may be held in different locations. It’s the first time I’ve been, it was lovely to see all those beautiful ships going up and down the Thames.

This one actually isn’t so expensive Gina, over the weekend of the Regatta it was just 12 pounds for 1 adult, 1 child free, but I believe the normal rate is more.
