NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

4:30 p.m.

The above Executive Session of the Board of Directors of the Celebration Residential Owners Association, Inc. is being held for the purpose of discussing legal issues and/or personnel matters.

Please note, however, that this Executive Session is closed to the public pursuant to Section 720.303(2)b, F.S.

In following CDC recommended social distancing guidelines, currently, much of the Association’s Board and committee meetings are being conducted via teleconference. In an effort to protect the privacy of our residents, the Association and the business being discussed, meeting information will now be available via a password-protected page on the celebration website, at https://celebration.fl.us/celebration-community-governance/meeting-information/

All Celebration residents have the ability to access this page by utilizing their username and password for www.celebration.fl.us. If you require assistance, the page offers a ‘forgot password’ option. Residents can also email town.hall@celebrationtownhall.com for assistance.

Information on how to join each meeting remotely is listed with the appropriate meeting information.  Call in numbers are also listed and are the same for each meeting. Please note – there is a new meeting ID for each meeting.

Since these meetings are for the purpose of conducting Association business, we ask that you not share meeting credentials publicly.

Scheduled Covenant Hearings can occur up to once a month but not necessarily every month of the year.  Agendas will include review of noncompliance items for which the Board of Directors has proposed fines.

At the Covenants Hearing, the Committee will review the open noncompliance items and vote to either confirm or reject the proposed fines by the Board.  Categories of items fall into the following categories:  Repair, Cleaning, Painting, Landscape, Architectural and Miscellaneous.

Owners are encouraged to attend the Hearings to discuss their individual situation with the Covenants Committee before fines are imposed.

FARMERS MARKET 

The Celebration Farmers Market is located in the heart of Celebration. The market is a weekly, year round market held every Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Come on out every Sunday and support the Celebration

OneBlood and Town Hall will host a blood drive on Monday, May 24. The Big Red Bus will be located outside of Town Hall from 9:30 a.m. –   2:30 p.m.
