Food Novotel Phuket Surin Beach

Food is one of our favourite things and food photography is part of that. Chef and I were very impressed with the food on offer at Novotel Surin Beach and we have rather a lot of photos to share, so here’s a selection for you to enjoy.

Everyone Instagrams their breakfast right? Thai salads and pad thai for me, eggs, sausages, bacon, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, all the usual goodies for the kids. Because this hotel attracts a global audience, breakfast foods included almost everything you could think of. Chefs were busy making eggs and noodle soups to order on the hot station.

 

Every now and then you’ve just got to have a good buffet breakfast. Veggie noodles and Thai green papaya salad for me, pancakes cereal and sausages for the boys. They”‘ve not had any western food in months, they’re loving it !
