Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, you can take suitcases on
the trains in Thailand. The room is limited and soft backpack style
bags are much easier to move into the overhead shelves.

Is the train to Kanachanburi from Bangkok suitable for taking suitcases? Due to time restrictions we may have to go straight from Bangkok airport & vise versa.
