I really wanted to get these hats for my kids during this COVID-19, but I'm not entirely pleased with the product. First, the hat is really hot with the plastic cover on the front. when you speak, it fogs up, making it hard to see. Looking through the plastic isn't clear - in fact, it's actually harder focus on objects. Lastly, it's SUPER HOT under this thing. You may need a fan or something around your neck to blow air under it. I'm not sure I will keep this product.

We recently bought these for our 11 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son. They both like them and don't complain about wearing them. They actually remember to wear them without us telling them. Our daughter doesn't like to wear a mask so this helps. Our son will wear both together. This is my 1st review. I don't regret boughting it. I'm glad I did. By the way my daughter is not smiling in the picture b/c we were at the hospital but b/c she is wearing the hat.

The hat fits my 6 and 5 year old. My five year old has a big head and it still has some room. They seem to stretch. Perfect to take the kids outside to ride a bike or a walk. The plastic is detachable as needed. I highly recommend in this time where some people do not keep the social distance and wear face mask in appropriately.

My two younger kids (5 & 2) love them and think they are fun. My elementary age student has some sensory issues and hates it. The plastic is soft and doesn’t lay completely flat, so it distorts the vision a bit and has a glare. May be fine for some, but if you’re looking for a solution for a kid with sensory issues... maybe try something else.

It would work wonderfully to help block germs for a 1 year old if it had something to tie it or secure it under the chin. The small child just takes it off. But it fit and the Velcro appears strong.
