Interior lining of the bag started to unravel within 2 months of purchase. All other features of the bag work as described which would've made it possibly a 3 star but I took off another star because when attempting to go through with a warranty claim all XD Design did was send me a feedback survey with no attempt to rectify the design flaw in their bag.

Although there's a lot to like about this backpack, I do wish I had researched it more before buying as it now sits in the corner - unused and now I'm using my old backpack. First the positive, I love the ability to sit in the airport, bus, train, whatever and keep my devices charged using the wiring system in the XD Design. I like "concealed" zippers and the potential security it provides, although honestly I've never had a problem with anyone trying to steal my backpack or rip my backpack so I don't totally get the rip-proof material (but that's my problem, ok?)...It was comfortable to wear on my shoulders and I can't complain about that. However, I do wish I had investigated the capacity of the bag more - paid more attention to how it opened, because it has a very limited range that it can open due to velcro and snaps that restrict the opening of the bag (it's really hard to explain, they should make a YouTube video showing how the bag opens (or doesn't)). Also, the bag accommodates a 13" MacBook Pro easily, but it doesn't accommodate an iPad - the sleeve for a tablet computer is very small and not very deep, so my 9.7" iPad Pro doesn't not fit into this sleeve. On the other side of the bag, there are several pockets, but none are that large and hold that much. The worst part is that the bag itself doesn't open up much to be able to see what's inside so that when I tried to put an umbrella and/or a water bottle inside a) there wasn't really enough room to put them, and b) you couldn't see where they were going and had to just guide them somewhere by hand. So now you can see why the Bobby by XD Design is sitting over in the corner and I'm now back to using my old trusty Columbia backpack with numerous pockets that accommodate everything!

What an insane ripoff

I am not in the habit or position to purchase $75.00 backpacks. My daughter wanted this bag for school so badly that she saved her babysitting money to buy it. It took her a while and the day we ordered it she was very excited. We ordered this in late February and when she got it she was ecstatic. She put her (minimal) notebooks in it (her school doesn't use textbooks) and she said "it feels weird". We adjusted it, it was better, but still uncomfortable. She wanted to try it for a few days to see if it needed to be broken in. It was still awful and got worse. I feel awful that my daughter spent her hard earned money on this piece of crap. I feel worse that the company never bothered to respond to my inquiries and emails. Don't buy this and don't deal with this company.

Very disappointed with the backpack as the seam on the inside of the backpack has ripped. I took the backpack on only one 10 day trip and used it maybe 1/3 of the time. I would expect a $95 backpack to last a little longer....

I am very pleased with this purchase, but this bag is not for everyone. This is a compact bag. You cannot fill this bag with a lot of textbooks or even a regular box. Everything I needed, including my textbooks were on my small laptop, so the design worked for me. I am pleased with the bag because it is very difficult to get into easily from behind. The zipper for the main compartment can also be secured with a small lock if necessary. I have been able to fit the following in this bag at one time: 11 inch chrome book, 1 subject spiral notebook, 2 file folders, one 5 inch portable charger, one chrome book charger, small bottle of vitamins, backpack cover, wallet, iphone, and one square lunch bag containing (2 cubed sandwiches), 1 bottle of water, and 2 snack bars.

I literally had to measure the bag and find a square-flat lunch bag that would fit holding a drink and sandwiches. The bag can also hold my 15 inch laptop, but not with the lunch bag too.

The cool thing about this bag is all of the hidden and protected compartments. I kept my wallet, iphone, and house keys in these tiny secret gems. I even stashed my bus tickets in the shoulder straps (which I secured with a little Velcro tape).

This bag is perfect for commuters, people who only use e-textbooks, and people who keep their important things on tablets, small laptops, and phone.

Ho acquistato questo zaino per viaggiare con oggetti di valore ed ho voluto optare per il modello di riferimento: Bobby.

Ha un design futuristico e moderno, ho preso il modello full black e devo dire che fa la sua figura.
Impermeabile esternamente, tranne ovviamente lo schienale.
Nella parte davanti e superiore dello zaino si trovano strisce catarifrangenti molto utili per muoversi di sera.

La cerniera del comparto principale è accessibile solamente dal retro, quindi una volta indossato nessuno potrà aprire lo zaino; Stessa cosa vale per le cerniere secondarie.
Dispone anche una comoda fascia per infilarlo ad un trolley.
Ottima la porta usb nascosta in una delle "ali" laterali dello zaino.

Lo scompartimento principale si può aprire fino a 180 gradi; Possiede due striscie di velcro con dei bottoni di sicurezza per limitare l'apertura dello scompartimento a 30 gradi.
Come si può vedere dalle immagini, è possibile inserire un portatile, un tablet, un powerbank ed alcuni accessori come mouse, una bottiglia termica etc..

Consiglio di non inserire molti oggetti nella tasca secondaria perchè una volta indossato lo zaino risulterebbe scomodo.
Parlando di comodità in generale devo dire che è ben imbottito e anche dopo un ora sulle spalle non da fastidio.

Ho sognato questo zaino per tanto tempo, avendolo visto fisicamente in alcuni negozi. Con l'occasione del black Friday ho deciso di comprarne uno per me e uno per il mio ragazzo. Gli zaini sono comodi, sicuri, belli e non c'è che dire. Purtroppo dopo pochissimi utilizzi abbiamo notato che entrambi mostravano dei difetti di cucitura nella parte superiore, sul bordo della cerniera. Abbiamo segnalato l'accaduto ai rivenditori (che erano i proprietari stessi) ed è inutile anche provare a ripetervi le povere soluzioni da loro trovate. Meno male che Amazon sa come soddisfare i suoi clienti e fidelizzarli sempre di più, inutile dire che hanno trovato una soluzione assolutamente ottimale. Quindi li consiglio, ma provando a comprarli venduti e spediti da amazon.

Antifurto, impermeabile, organizzato, riflettente.
Zaino che uso quotidianamente (alternandolo con uno di altra marca) per andare a lavoro: devo fare circa due km a piedi attraversando parte di città, e mi sento finalmente sicuro di non dover controllare ogni volta se le cerniere siano state violate o se abbia ancora tutto all'interno.
Se vogliamo trovare una critica, risiede nel fatto che non ha "piedi" per appoggiare lo zaino in terra senza che si rovini, motivo per cui sconsiglio di farlo
