The battery pack would not fully charge. I tried using it and it only gave my phone 1.5 charges, it should have been over 4 charges. I tried to charge it again and it would only charge a quarter of the way after 24 hrs. I got a lemon and returned it.

Life expectancy is two months and lacks quality control

This portable charger worked as described for two months and then it stopped working completely. I never over charged it and I used it sparingly. Now, it will not charge-up, turn on or charge any device. It has totally failed. I purchased two others in May and they also failed after a few months. This product appears to have a design flaw and lack quality control because the life expectancy is less than advertised. I rate it 1/2 star.

I'm pretty disappointed with the charger. I've had it for less than a month and used it probably a total of 5 times. It no longer holds a full charge. I charged it overnight thinking I needed to charg it for a longer period of time, but that didn't work either.

Terrible. Charger doesn't even charge my phone. Even with all apps closed it drains battery. I tried turning my phone off and charging it and it estimated 5 hours to fully charge it. My phone was at 80%. Don't waste your money.

I've had this power cell for almost 1 year. I left it on my car for a few months in variant weather and never charged it or used it. This morning I plugged it in for maybe 45 min and it was 1/2 charged. My phone went down to 3% and I got terribly lost in an unfamiliar place and needed to use Google maps and I knew that would kill my phone. I plugged in my phone to the charger and walked for 20+ minutes using my phone ,and got to where I'm going. Then left my phone to charge more and it charged all the way to 80% before running out of juice. I am very impressed that even sitting without use and in a hot car, this thing still worked great. I feel like it was definitely worth the money and am so glad I bought it.

If you're looking for peace of mind every time you leave the house, this power bank doesn't disappoint. It's the size of a credit card and only a hair heavier than my iPhone 6 making it extremely portable without being bulky and heavy. There's a power button you press which shows how much power is left via 4 blue leds (when it's dead, only one led will flash). You can only charge one device with this power bank but I'm always impressed by how quickly this charges my iPhone 6 (from 10% to near full takes approximately 1 hour). So far, I've been able to charge my phone about 4 times from near empty to full before having to charge the power bank. It comes with a usb cable to charge the power bank itself as well as a drawstring pouch. Since I hate carrying around the long original lightning cable from Apple, I bought the 1 foot "Double Braided Nylon Anker PowerLine+ Lightning Cable" which is the perfect size.

What I love the most about this power bank is how effective it's been. The power bank itself requires at least 2 hours to charge from empty to full but once charged, your phone will charge to full in less time. As a result, I haven't charged my phone using a wall outlet since I bought this power bank more than a week ago. Not having to worry about my phone going dead or being near a wall outlet is the best feeling next to purchasing a new phone.

So if you want a reliable power bank that charges your phone in no time and frees you from being attached to a wall outlet, GET THIS!

They Are Playing Pretty Smart Over This, Product When Received Appeared Quite Authentic, Build Quality Was Nice Too. But On Close Observation, I Found Something Which All Of Us Maybe Missing.

As You Closely Look at The Box In Which It Is Packed, Where "AMERICA'S LEADING USB CHARGING BRAND" Was To Be Written "Instead It Had "AMRICO'S LEADING USB CHARGING BRAND".

I Was Shocked, I Called Anker US Call Center, And Gave Them My Amazon Order ID To Know About Weither Atleast It Is Covered By Warranty. So That, If Anything Goes Wrong I Can Atleast Claim It. But No, Anker Said They Cannot Find My Order ID Linked To Their System.

I Mailed Anker With Photos Of Product And No Surprise Reply Was, The Peoduct I Received Is Fake & Needs Attention.

I Contacted Amazon, I Got Such a Poor Response, I Promised Of Being Contacted By Seller. Instead A Replacement Was Suggested.

I Don't Weither A Replacement Will be Genuine Or Not But I Will Surely Go Through Anker Again. Please, Don't Be Fooled These Portals Now Started Monoplising.

AMAZON STOP SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS. THOSE WHO CAN MAKE U NUMBER 1. CAN BREAK U TO NO ONE.

Anker PowerCore 10000 Requires 6 hours to Charge Using 2.4A Adapter

I bought 2x Anker PowerCore 10000s because I like the small form factor in a 10,000 MAH portable charger footprint. Both arrived with 25% residual charge. The PowerCore charged to 100% in about 6 hours with a 2.4A adapter. I got about about a 90% charge on my 10,000 mAh PowerCore for my iPad Air which has a 8827 mAh battery.

All in all I'm happy with my PowerCores and would recommend this to others.

***Side note: In addition to my yearly Amazon.ca Prime membership I discovered credit charges for monthly Amazon Prime Membership (amzn.com/prme) for $17.29, $14.23, and $14.15 respectively on my credit card over the course of the last few months. Somehow I was paying for a monthly Amazon Prime account on the US side even-though I didn't sign up for it. I could have been paying this monthly charge indefinitely if not for being diligent. Needless to say be on the lookout least this happens to you.

I ordered 2 of these little Anker Power Core 10000 chargers back in 2017. One for myself, loved it and then purchased one for a Christmas gift. They have been working wonderfully from the start until last week. The one I had gifted to my daughter ceased to charge any of her phones, tablets, etc. I wrote to Anker and told them I had purchased this back in October 2017 as a gift for my daughter and now it’s not charging anything. Anker wrote back immediately and said they have an 18 month warranty and would be more than happy to help my daughter. They asked only if we would try one thing before returning and that was to try using a different electrical outlet from the one we had been using. We did, and as embarrassing as it is, the outlet my daughter was using turned out to be faulty. Immediately upon using a different outlet this little gem of a charger went right back to its original performance and charged up phones, tablets, etc!! The thing that most impressed me was Ankers customer support and warranty guarantee. They were immediately on board to replace the defective charger within the 18 month warranty and the response to my complaint was immediate and kind. I’m a huge believer in good customer service and Anker was good to their word. I would recommend this product and this company without any hesitation!

UPDATE: Anker very kindly sent a replacement for this device which would fast charge my device. For all Note 9 owners you will want to get the PowerCore 2 if you want fast charge. Super happy with Ankers service!

Bought this as a compact fast charging solution for my Exynos Samsung Galaxy Note 9...it's compact yes...but it doesn't fast charge my phone hence the low mark as it was advertised to be provide high power charging. Guess I'll have to get some ultra expensive PD charger.

I bought it in Aug 2019 and it worked really well until about a week or two ago. Even if I fully charge it ( 4 lights flashing after 12h charge time) and then plug my phone - suddenly only one light flashes and it does not charge the phone or it breaks when charging. I am really disappointed as I hoped it would last definitely longer than 4 months! I bought previously Anker USB cable with which I am happy so when looking for a power bank I checked Amazon ratings and went to buy Anker one. How disappointing. If it does not improve I will return it as according there is 18months guarantee.
